About This Service

A deep clean goes past routine maintenance and addresses build-up in the places that normally get skipped: baseboards, vents, behind and under appliances, grout lines, door frames and high corners. It is the right choice before an event, after a season of heavy use, or as the starting point of a new recurring program.

We work room by room against a written checklist so nothing is missed, and we can repeat the deep clean quarterly or twice a year to hold the results in place.

What's Included

Every scope is confirmed with you before the first visit. A typical deep clean program covers:

• ✓Baseboards, door frames, trim and switch plates hand-wiped
• ✓High dusting: vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures and corners
• ✓Kitchen degreasing: appliance exteriors, backsplash and cabinet fronts
• ✓Inside of microwave and refrigerator on request
• ✓Restroom descaling: tile, grout, fixtures and toilets
• ✓Interior windows, sills, tracks and blinds
• ✓Floors scrubbed and edges detailed; hard floors machine-cleaned as needed
• ✓Furniture moved to clean underneath where it is safe to do so
• ✓Trash removed and a final walkthrough with you
